Everett, WA. USA - Magnum Energy introduces the MagnaSine Pure Sine Wave Inverter/Charger. MagnaSine is produced on the same platform and uses the same remote panels and accessories as their popular ME series modified sine wave inverter/chargers. Using a standard platform for all models incorporates cost savings that provides a low cost pure sine wave inverter/charger. This also allows manufactures to easily offer pure sine wave inverter/chargers as an option or upgrade to standard models since all mechanical and wiring connections are the same as the popular ME series.
MagnaSine is available in a 2800 watt 12 volt version (MS2812) with a 24 volt model planned in the near future. Automatic Generator Start option is also available and allows the generator to start based on low battery voltage or temperature for air conditioner operation.
Magnum ME Series 12 volt models are now available in 2000 watt inverter with 100-amp charger (ME2012), 2500 watt inverter with 120 amp charger (ME2512) and 3100 watt inverter with 160-amp charger (ME3112). All models include Power Factor Corrected (sine wave) chargers that are 85% efficient instead of the 50-60% efficiency seen in all but the most expensive pure sine wave inverter chargers currently on the market. Magnum’s unique die-cast aluminum base allows full ratings up to 45C for superior high temperature operation.
