Trouble downloading documents?
The PDF's open in a separate window (so it does not detract from your page) and provides the option to allow you to save/print. Depending on your download speed it may take a long time to fully download the document. If you are experiencing trouble viewing the documents, you may be successful by using the "save as target" feature in Windows, (this also gives a real time look while your file is being downloaded).
To use the "save as target" feature:
Right-click on the link for the document, you will see a popup window like the one on the left.
Within this window, left-click on Save Target As... .
You will then see the 'Save As' window - this is where the file will be saved.Note: Make sure to remember (or change) the location where the file will be saved on your local machine. You will need to be able to locate it once the download is complete.
Left-click on the Save button.
